We produce honey in NW Florida moving several times a year following the flows with the focus on Florida White Tupelo production in Wewahitchka in April and May.

Tupelo Honey
Tupelo Honey is produced from the nectar of the blossoms of the white Ogeechee tupelo (Nyssa ogeche) tree. Picture above is of a bee collecting nectar from a Tupelo bloom. These trees are distributed along the borders of rivers and swamps mainly in the remote wetlands of North Florida.
